As the Broker-Owner of H&L Legacy Corp and Co-Founder of RTR Management Group, Andre has built his career around understanding how culture, trust, and communication shape real estate decisions—especially during critical moments in people’s lives.

His work focuses on creating systems that support homeowners, investors, and agents across the full real estate lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on distressed properties, property preservation, property management, foreclosure outreach, and neighborhood stabilization.
