Kai Williams is a seasoned real estate professional, community advocate, and industry leader with more than 18 years of experience serving clients throughout Solano County and the Greater Bay Area. A Broker Associate and Co-Founder of MK Signature Group, Kai has built her career around helping individuals and families navigate homeownership, real estate transitions, and the preservation of generational wealth.

As the 2026-2027 President of the Solano Realtist Association, Kai is committed to advancing the Realtist mission of Democracy in Housing by expanding access to homeownership, strengthening community partnerships, and advocating for equitable opportunities within the real estate industry. Her leadership focuses on education, advocacy, community engagement, and creating pathways to sustainable homeownership, particularly for underserved communities.

Kai specializes in senior real estate services, probate and trust transactions, first-time homebuyers, and legacy-focused real estate planning. Her work with seniors and families navigating probate and inherited property has strengthened her passion for educating communities about the connection between homeownership, estate planning, and generational wealth.

In addition to her leadership with the Solano Realtist Association, Kai serves as a California Association of REALTORS® State Director and has held leadership roles with the Northern Solano County Association of REALTORS®, including Treasurer and Board Director. She has also contributed to industry initiatives focused on fair housing, diversity, homeownership, and housing policy.

Throughout her career, Kai has remained committed to using real estate as a vehicle for economic empowerment and stronger communities. Through education, collaboration, advocacy, and service, she continues to work toward creating opportunities for more families to achieve, maintain, and pass on homeownership for generations to come.
